22 countries wrote a letter to UNHRC to close Uighur detention camps, no Muslim country among the signatories

Uighur Muslims

Jenava : 22 countries, including Britain, France , Germany   and Japan an have issued a joint statement condemning China’s mass detention of Uyghur and other minorities in the country’s Xinjiang region.

In a letter to the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Michelle Bachelet, the group of 22 nations urged China to end its “mass arbitrary detentions and related violations” and called on Beijing to allow UN experts to access the region.

Surprisingly not a single Muslim country is in the list of signatories including Turkey , Iran, Pakistan and  Saudi Arabia etc.

The letter marks the first major collective international challenge to China’s ongoing policy in the far western border region, where experts estimate up to 2 million people have been detained in vast re-education style camps.
Allegations of torture inside the camps are rampant, including in accounts given to CNN by former detainees describing forced education under the threat of violence.
Beijing denies any allegations of torture or political indoctrination, and says the camps are “vocational training centers” designed to fight terrorism and combat Islamic extremism. Agencies

  1. No Islamic country has signed the letter.. Ha..ha..ha.. Pakistan is also not signed.. but these stupid countries speak about Kashmir freedom. what a double standard!!

    • Indian and Indonesian Muslims are maximum devout followers today.
So these 2 countries Muslim bodies are enough to condemn…Ulema and Jamaat will wake up soon..Promise..
Anyway Germany, France, England, Japan are also bombing Middle-east Syria and Afghanistan continuously—so they are just playing ”hypocrisy” talent competition.

  2. “Soon the nations will gather to take from you the same way you invite others to share from a feast!” A person asked the Prophet (peace be upon him): “Is that because we are small in our numbers?” The Prophet (peace be upon him) answered: “No! You will be many, like the foam on the sea, but you will be rubbish, like the rubbish carried down by the flood water. And certainly Allah will remove from the breasts of your enemies the fear of you and into your breasts He will cast enervation.”

  3. ‘Wahn’ – Love for the dunya and hatred for death
الحمد لله رب العالمين وصلى الله وسلم على رسول الله وعلى آله وأصحابه ومن اهتدى بهديه إلى يوم الدين

Thawbaan رضي الله عنه (the freed slave of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم) narrated that the Messenger of Allaah صلى الله عليه وسلم said:

يوشك الأمم أن تداعى عليكم كما تدعى الأكلة إلى قصعتها , فقال قائل: و من قلة نحن يومئذ ? قال: بل أنتم يومئذ كثير و لكنكم غثاء كغثاء السيل و لينزعن الله من صدور عدوكم المهابة منكم و ليقذفن الله في قلوبكم الوهن , فقال قائل يا رسول الله و ما الوهن ? قال حب الدنيا و كراهية الموت

“Nations are about to unite (and call) each other to set upon you, just as diners are invited to a plate of food.”

It was said: “Will it be because of our lack of numbers that day (i.e. will be be small in number)?”

He صلى الله عليه وسلم said: “Rather, you will be many on that day, but you will be like scum foam (that floats) on the river.

Allaah will remove the fear of you from the hearts of your enemies and put Wahn into your hearts.”

It was said: “O Messenger of Allaah, what is Wahn?” He صلى الله عليه وسلم said:“Love for the dunya and hatred for death.”

Remedy is simple—Love for hereafter (bravery of Tipu Sultan and wisdom of APJ Kalam) and strictly avoiding luxuries of this brief worldly life and uniting as ”Just Muslims” (like Frontier Gandhi–Abdul Ghaffar Khan)
