Long before the invasion by foreign forces India was divided up into several small kingdoms ruled by Hindu kings each belonging to a different caste and worshipping a different deity called Kul Devta. These kingdoms within India fought each other for the other’s land and wealth, once victorious the victor Hindu King would demolish the temple of the defeated kingdom and build his own Kul Devta’s temple. The ancient Kingdom and their respective Kul Devtas have relevance and can best be understood in modern days by the analogy of Political party (Kingdom) and its ideology (Kul Devta).
So when a political party wins the election today it demolishes not only the reputation but also the ideology of the defeated party. Today the winning party in most states is BJP and the dominant ideology is hateful right wing RSS . Many of the opponent of BJP are languishing in jails. The tallest among them is Lalu Prasad Yadav of Bihar , the warrior king who has lost his turf but not the will to fight. The victory of the fascist BJP has divided India not only into the won and the lost kingdoms but also into various fragments based on upper and lower caste Hindus. The Hindus and Muslims and Sikhs and Jains and Parsis and Buddhists and seculars and liberals and Swarnas and Dalits and Communists and what not. None seeing eye to eye with no one.
The ruling BJP is exhausting all the national security resources on avenging on its opponents and in securing the unlawfully plundered national treasure. Building hundreds of crores worth of real estate for the party headquarters ( Kul Devta Mandir) and renaming roads, railways, bridges, towns and cities after their own previously unknown Heroes. India is virtually weakened from within . New threat comes from big and small countries like China , Nepal, Pakistan, Afghanistan and even Bhutan. While the swirling threat of the Manusmriti driven radical Hindutva fascism is breaking every bond among the citizens of this once united country. While some morally and intellectually upright citizens are wary of the unfolding tumult, mainstream media is mostly silent on the situation in their competitive lap-dogism to the fanatic right wing establishment.
We have seen nations disintegrating due to sectarianism. The latest example is Syria. In India the fault lines are far more than eyes can see. And the cohesive forces have all lost the game. The BJP is hell bent upon dividing India at the beat of drums and there is no one to stop these enemies of the state. Anyone trying to inculcate some sense in the madding crowd becomes the target of ridicule by the media, hate campaign by BJP trolls, brutality by the police forces and sometimes extra judicial murder by state sponsored, non-state actors. The plight of the renowned author Gauri Lankesh serves as a shocking example beyond peradventure.
Secularism in India has been throttled to death by the right wing fascists who have been planted deep into the polity, the judiciary and the bureaucracy. While all big decisions are caucused by RSS juggernauts in Nagpur, the implementation lies in the hands of RSS functionaries manning the saffron hierarchy in every govt. agencies from District Magistrate to peon , the precondition of appointments to public offices is your loyalty to the Sangh (RSS is a Corporate financed terrorist organization) . Most of the top posts are strictly reserved for upper caste Hindus. Foreign investors call it the bureaucratic hell of India.
A bunch of philosophically compatible Hindutva bigots have taken over the state machineries of national security, finance and foreign affairs and each department is thrusting India to a speedy collapse in a viciously coordinated manner. To the media fed world in general it’s a teaboy’s dictatorship that has become the fate of 1.3 billion highly divided population. But the truth of this EVM driven majoritarian democracy runs deeper and the end of the tunnel is murkier than the common belief.
Baniya capitalists and the business of democratic looking governments
The smooth confluence of the vested interests is digitally and militarily guarded and scratching beneath the whitewashed surface is termed seditious in Ambani’s India. How dare you question Rafael or Jio or PM Care Fund ? Schools, colleges, universities, policing and courts all have lost their meanings and have been replaced by a financial and digital intelligence driven ecosystem owned by the India’s richest billionaires. The right to judge or act has been surreptitiously wrested from the hands of head masters, principals, vice-chancellors, police officers and judges and has been handed over to a bunch of IT cell lap-dogs like Amit Malviya and Arnab Goswami who can get the supreme court opened and shut at will even the middle of Sunday nights. Salaries to the Govt. s.ervants are paid by the controllers of money (Baniyas who own the banks, national exchequers the finance ministry and the regulatory bodies) for toeing the lines of their pay masters and sometimes sacrificing their lives and limbs to continue getting a pay cheque. Flagging concern over the crumbling law and order, faltering economy, loss of territory to or even gross violations of human rights at the hands of the ruling death cult of BJP won’t bear any fruit even if you shout at the top of your lungs from the pulpit of UNHRC. Indian democracy is a global elites chess game now. The orders come from Tel aviv and Washington DC to which our leaders have sold their souls. Anything that the lap-dog media relays is to divert viewers’ attention from the ugly truth that India as a nation has divided from within and Modi is nothing but the Hitler of post-world-war two debacle.
