Ahmednagar : Slamming the BJP-led state government over the gang rape and murder of a minor girl in Ahmednagar, MNS chief Raj Thackeray on Monday said there was a need for a law like Sharia (Islamic) to check serious crimes against women and children.
He said the hands and legs of those who rape and kill minors and women should be cut off.
A 15-year-old girl was brutally raped and killed by three men on July 13 at Kopardi village in the district.”Such incidents are the outcome of the collapsed law and order situation in the state and the present government is proving itself worse than the past Congress'”NCP led government,” Thackeray told PTI.
He was speaking after visiting the Kopardi village in Karjat tehsil, about 76 km from the district headquarters, where he met the family members of the deceased and offered his condolences this morning.
“There is an urgent need to create the laws like Sharia [Islamic law] for controlling serious crimes against the women and the children. The anti-social elements are creating a state of terror and there is a need to make the laws stringent,” he said.PTI
MASHALLAH WONDERFUL TO READ

REALLY I APPRECIATE RAJ THAKREY VERY GOOD SUGETION MODI AND LAW MINISTER HAS TO IMPLIMENT IMMEDIATELY
super comments from Mr.Raj
Sharia hudud laws can not be enforced before creating required social conditions first. The need is to introduce sharia in a phased manner at the hand of most honest people who can uphold truth even if it goes against their own people whom they hold most dear. IT IS A GOOD THING THAT THOUGHTS OF SHARIA ARE COMING TO POLITICIANS.ALREADY THERE ARE SOME HINDU RELIGIOUS LEADERS IN INDIA AND CHRISTIANS IN ENGLAND WHO WANT SHARIA LAWS
Coming events cast there shadows before.
Please dont start dreaming about a shariah ruled india hearing such comments. Capital punishment for rapists is implemented by many non-Muslim countries, while not enforced by many Muslim countries. So it has nothing to do with “Islamic rule”. It is funny to see some brothers getting carried away by such comments so easily.
Sharia is a barbaric law. Any society implementing such law indicates the backwardness of that society. Healthy democracy demands abolishing execution law. Max punishment for criminal should be life imprisonment. The reason behind this is very important. When a criminal commits crime, only he is not responsible, whole society is also responsible. Hence hanging that person will be an injustice. Punishment should also be given to society as well. Somebody has correctly said that punishment should be given before committing crime & here punishment means imparting moral values.
India should not adopt such barbaric law system. Middle east countries people have barbaric mentality & hence for them sharia may be ok.. but in India Sharia should never be there.

You being ignorant about Holy Sharia Law, don’t post such non-sense comment.
If country X has higher rape statistics than country Y.. then it does not mean that country X people are more barbaric. We need to also investigate how much freedom for women is provided in those countries. So if for example Sweden has higher percentage then one should not conclude that swedes have barbaric mentality.
The middle east countries have very tight restrictions on women. The life of women in Islam is like a “parrot in the cage”.. parrot has security but no freedom. Even after imposing so many restrictions, still rape happens in middle east countries. So if these restrictions are removed then middle east countries rape percentage will be 100%. Hence I said that middle east people are barbaric people. And for them Sharia is ok.
Your comment comment bear no sense i.e. non-sense.
You are ignorant about present day social scenario of Middle-east.
I will present one example to silence your jabbering and chattering

Four Saudi women inventors make the nation proud – SULTAN AL-SUGHAIR
Published — Tuesday 27 October 2015
“DAMMAM: Four Saudi female students from Princess Nora bint Abdulrahman University were awarded the Diamond, Gold and Platinum medals in the British Invention Show and Awards for 2015, which was held in London from October 21 to 24.
Bedour Al-Maghrabi, Maha Al-Qahtani and Thekra Al-Otaibi came in first position, while Mariam Al-Otaibi and Bedour Al-Maghrabi received the diamond and platinum awards.
The first-ranked invention was a device for sense rehabilitation and stimulation in patients with sensory neuropathy issues. The basic premise of the devise is based on the innovation of a new multisensory stimulation program; a new treatment program using different senses to help people with impaired sensory systems improve the affected cell’s function.
The same invention was ranked in second place at Korea’s International Women’s Invention Exposition (KIWIE) in 2014.
Al-Maghrabi and Al-Qahtani invented glasses for people with cerebral blindness which can help them to identify anything around them. The glasses draw a picture of the area around the patient and defines it through spoken words after analyzing it through a mobile app and sending it through an earpiece.
This invention took out second place and the silver medal at the Korean International Women’s Invention Exposition (KIWIE) in 2015, and also received a gold medal from the Indonesian Invention and Innovation Promotion Association……………………..”
The Hudud laws were not prescribed to minimize/lower the crimes, however they were there to handle the rarest of rare issues. Taking the issue of sexual abuse, the methods prescribed to handle the crime were lowering gaze, modest clothing, early marriage, gender-segregation and many other. After the society has achieved this, even if then there is sexual abuse, it means that person is really a sick minded pervert and has to be handled sternly. If we try implementing the Hudud laws in the society we are living in, it would create havoc. Remember in the era of Umar Rad, he suspended the punishment for theft during the years of famine, that would give us some hint where our priority lies.
Will highly suggest who like Sharia please move your butt to your beloved Sharia implemented states like KSA,Iran, Iraq.
Alas they won’t take you in.
Let me know,What is your problem with Raj Thackery.
@VARUN….you should first suggest that to the principal of this topic – mr raj shrikant thackeray..yes do not forget to suggest those hindu NRIs and non muslim expatriates in entire middle east…and your swollen butt …courtesy your bhishmpitfahmah – mr N D Modi aka fekuraam is for all to see…..hindutwaadi ffaarrtt.

But for them you are Hindus; will suggest try San?tana dharma and bhagwat Gita; where u can find world’s best philosophy and taught world over for self development.
But this would all be alien to you Becoz of myopic small mind ; which is to say something and practice else.
Otherwise the religion of peace won’t be so violent.
But as famous saying of taste of pudding is in tasting itself. So please taste or continue eating your Sharia pudding in those lands.
@VARUN…YES ” WE/YOU’LL”….are there for money…rriigghhtt…tasting the pudding…and eating it too…hindutwaadi idiot….your chailwaalah PM modi…inaugurated krishna mandir in his recent visit to UAE…fourth lagest gurudwara in the world – gurunanak sabha is in dubai ….shariaaland aahhhh….and yes those non muslims who have ” parked their butts” there and enjoying the fruits of shariaaland and still sustaining their families back home/india….yet bandicoots of hindutwaadi breed simply never tire down to dig at shariaa ( without understanding it )…and yes the violent religion of manuwaadi strain is for all to see – muslims/dalits/sikhs/christains by sanghi/bajrangi thugs in this ” ahimsa vaadh bharat varsh “…..hell to hindutwaad.
Shri Raj Thackeray JI
Adaab
I am Muslim and practicing & Obeying the orders & way of Almighty Allah SWT & Last Prophet Mohammed Bin Abdullah PBUH. Sir, I am not agreeing with your statement for the Islamic punishment for the culprits. As India is democratic and secular country. If you want this type of punishments, I will suggest you to implement Sharia Law first in our motherland. Secondly If anyone is committing such a crime by overlooking this type of law then they are eligible for this type of punishments. More over in the country where multiple religions are there. I believe Sharia Law will not allow you to punish Non-Muslim Culprits for such a crime.
So in the last need to penetrate them not only culprits but whole society to follow their own religion so no one will Perverted from their ethics.
Regards
Minhaj – NRI
what a mockery with sharia.first the people should have the mentality and environment for adopting the law , then question of implementation, otherwise whole thing will be mockery with the law.
Less than 48 hours after he made his remarks, MNS chief Raj Thackeray on Friday put on hold his agitation against migrant auto-rickshaw drivers.
