Jammu : Police on Wednesday confirmed that Kathua Chief Judicial Magistrate has issued a warrant of arrest against Choudhary Rajinder Singh, brother of senior BJP leader, Choudhary Lal Singh, for using abusive language against state Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti. "The warrant was issued by Kathua Chief Judicial Magistrate A.S.
