Ahmedabad: India is “far better” for Muslims and than any other Muslim country, including Pakistan, said Mufti Abdul Qayyum Mansuri who was sentenced to death in the 2002 Akshardham temple attack case but later acquitted by the Supreme Court in May 2014 .
Mr Ansari was speaking this at a function organised by a private trust named Sarvoday Youth Welfare Society on Monday.
Recalling his old days in incarceration,he said, “When a prisoner is freed from jail, his past always haunt him.”
“It was more of Hindu friends and lawyers who defended and supported me more than the Muslims,” Mr Mansuri further said.
He thanked the Society which honoured him while lauding its work .He also told that irrespective of religion, he can be reached for any help if anybody wants.
Where is the fornt and back portion of his comment?I find this as a sentence in a pargraph.
His comment is either Too early or Too late bcoz govt is in the hands of right wing.
The people who help him are called seculars ,who were behind indian freedom and now they are rejected faith in India.
