Hindu civilization has been engaged in a war for over a thousand years and has just recently awoken with the help of the Sangh, according to RSS chairman Mohan Bhagwat.

“You see, Hindu civilization has been engaged in war with foreign aggressions, influences, and conspiracies for more than a thousand years. Others have also pledged their support for this cause, including Sangh. Numerous people have discussed it. And it is because of all of these that Hindu society has become conscious. The violent behaviour of individuals engaged in combat is only normal,” Bhagwat stated in an interview with the RSS-affiliated periodicals Organiser and Panchjanya.

Bhagwat asserted that the Hindu community is engaged in yet another conflict, but this one is against an internal foe rather than an adversary from without. In order to maintain Hindu civilization, Hindu dharma, and Hindu culture, there is a fight. Although there are no longer any foreign invaders present, foreign influences and intrigues have persisted. Since this is a battle, people could become overly enthusiastic. Despite the fact that this is not ideal, inflammatory remarks will be made.

Bhagwat asserted that the Hindu civilization is engaged in a new battle and said, “This battle is being waged against an inside adversary rather than an external one. In order to maintain Hindu civilization, Hindu dharma, and Hindu culture, there is a fight. Although there are no longer any foreign invaders present, foreign influences and intrigues have persisted. Since this is a battle, people could become overly enthusiastic. Despite the fact that this is not ideal, provocative statements will be made”.

Bhagwat brought up the rhetoric of forced conversions and illegal immigration while discussing Muslims who reside in India and said, “ The plain reality is that Hindustan should stay Hindustan. The Muslims who are still present in India today are unharmed. They have the option of staying Muslims or they are free to revert to the faith of their forefathers if they so want. They are completely free to choose. Hindus are not so obstinate. Islam has nothing to be afraid of,” he said.

Bhagwat also said that “Muslims must give up their raucous rhetoric of dominance at the same time though. Consequently, population imbalance is a crucial issue that requires consideration. And the issue goes beyond the issue of the birthrate. The primary causes of the imbalance are conversions and illegal immigration. We have seen that preventing this restores equilibrium.”
