In West Bengal’s Malda another Muslim youth lynched to death after staged stealing incident
In what now seems a never ending chain of lynchings, a man identified as Sanaullah Sheikh – father of three children, was lynched by a mob in Malda district of West Bengal on Friday.
The mob was led by Bappa Ghosh, associated with the CPI-M earlier and now attached to BJP.
20-year-old Sanaullah Sheikh was assaulted at Baishnabnagar Bazar after he was allegedly found stealing a bike.
Sheikh was initially taken to Bedrabad primary health centre, from where he was referred to Malda Medical College and Hospital. He was shifted to SSKM Hospital in Kolkata, but Sheikh died on Saturday.
However, officials have confirmed it was a staged incident to lynch him. “He was asked to start a bike so that he could be framed as the one stealing it,” an official told The Hindu. “He was then thrashed by five or six persons, who could be identified from a video,” an official told the Hindu.
On the basis of the complaint of his mother, a case has been registered and police started investigation.
A video footage which had gone viral has helped police to arrest two persons.
All those who have taken oath on constitution must immediately resign as they all failed to uphold article 21 “No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law”
Modiji and Shah will leave in dignity like PV Narsimha Rao Insha Allah.

It is time to create monetary help to the victims of lynching regardless of their faith in India.
The nation needs ‘Manav Suraksha Kanoon’ (MASUKA) or Anti-lynching law.
Unless there is no mass protest like “Not In My Name” that has more intense than ‘Anti-corruption’ campaign of Anna Hazare the BJP government led PM Modi is not going to bow.
