Hyderabad – April 18, 2014: Insight International School has conducted a graduation and award celebration ceremony at Hotel NKM Grand in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad today between 7PM to 9.30PM.
The school has won three prestigious awards, namely International School Award by British Council, School Brilliance Award by Business Intelligence organization IBCI, and Eduranet Intellectual Olympiad.
In Eduranet 9th Intellectual Olympiad 2013-14, students of Insight have got state ranks in categories such as Advanced Mathematics Skills, and Science and Research Skills. They bagged two Gold, three Silver and two Bronze awards in the competition.
Abdul Rahman of IVth Standard and Sidhrah Quadri Syeda of Vth Standard won gold medals; Afifa Hasnath of VIth Standard, Syed Raaid Azzam Husaini of IIIrd Standard and MD Abdul Qayyum of Vth Standard won silver medals; Hafsa Maryam of IInd and Sumayya Ali of IVth Standard won bronze medals in the Eduranet state-level competition.
Chief Guest of the event, Mir Ayub Ali Khan, Editor – Special Affairs, Times of India, congratulated all students and the staff members for their hard work and achievements.
Mr. Khan recalled two noted personalities of the Muslim community – Shah Faisal Award winning economic Nejatullah Siddiqui and Mr. Zainul Abedeen. He said Mr. Siddiqui is an inspiration for the community because he studied at madrasa as well at university level. He also praised Mr. Abedeen for giving the concept of minority studies.

School Brilliance Award
School Brilliance Award (SBA) is an important tool for a comprehensive self-assessment that can point out areas for improvement and throw a spotlight on issues that are often hidden to school policy makers.
The award is being given by IBCI, a Business Intelligence organization which evaluates the processes rather than outcomes alone, as it recognizes that genuine change takes years and happens in small increments.
SBA measures not only academic quality of the school, but also extends upwards and downwards to include the head and heart of the school organism. Insight International School received this award as well.
Eduranet Intellectual Olympiad
Eduranet Intellectual Olympiad is a unique platform to prepare students to lead a quality life. Its tests make students sensitive to quality of life. It is a nationwide inter-school talent search tournament which encompasses of different Intelligence tests and verbal activities.
These intelligence tests are designed by the highly experienced educationalists, psychologist and industry experts to assess and evaluate the students’ knowledge, skills, abilities and attitude in subjects like mathematics, sciences, academic proficiency, general and critical reasoning, computers, leadership, communication and general awareness.
The Intellectual Olympiad is conducted in every academic year starts at April and ends by February. The students of age group between 7 to 17 years (Class II-XII) are eligible to participate in the Olympiad.
