Mumbai: The Maharashtra ATS has challenged the petition seeking honourable acquittal of nine Muslim youths who had been implicated in the 2006 Malegaon Bomb blast but exonerated by the NIA. Jamiat-e-Ulama Hind (A) said it is condemnable that first the ATS falsely implicated Muslim youths in the blast and now it is vehemently opposing their acquittal.
Jamait legal aid committee Chief Maulana Gulzar Azmi said it shows the communal bias of ATS which is trying to save its skin in the case and also shielding Hindutva terrorists who were involved in the blast. Jamiat-e-Ulama has been providing legal help to Muslim youths who have been arrested on terror charges.
After the NIA taken up the case from CBI, all the nine Muslim accused were released on bail and the NIA is seeking their acquittal. However, ATS filed a petition in the court seeking the rejection of the application in this regard.
Why Indian highcourt doesnot install lie detectors to test the liars &
discharge the innocent.
Why your officers arrest innocent simply because they have beared.
Every person will be punished both in this world & next world with endless suffering of families.
I have witnessed myself in Assam. A jailor used to steal the Milk & good foods of the prisoners, I saw his all children became insane.
ALMIGHTY ALLAH SWT is just & watches over all.
