How unprofessionally and ruthlessly the Delhi Police and Investigative agencies are playing with the lives and careers of Muslim youths is no more a secret .The recent example of their callousness is the revelation by Tehseen who has claimed another two persons Waqas and Asadullah Akhtar alias Haddi ‘responsible’ for September 2010 Jama Masjid shooting incident.
It must be noted that in November 20111 Delhi Police had arrested and not only claimed that Jama Masjid shooting incident had been cracked but even filed a chargesheet in June 2012 alleging ‘Qateel and a Pakistani national named Mohammed Adil alias Ajmal came on a bike and opened fire on Taiwanese tourists at the historical site on September 19, 2010’.
Later Qateel Siddiqui was Murdered by two gangsters inside Pune’s Yerwada jail in 2012 in a suspicious condition.
The latest report ‘Tehseen names new IM duo in 2010 Jama Masjid shooting’ published in The Indian Express (2 Apr 2014) says “However, almost two years later, last week’s arrest of the terror group’s alleged operational chief Tehseen Akhtar, and Pakistani national Zia-ur-Rehman alias Waqas, has led to serious questions being raised about those claims.
Tehseen, sources claimed, has told investigators that it was actually Waqas and another alleged IM operative, Asadullah Akhtar alias Haddi, who carried out the Jama Masjid attack, and not Qateel and Ajmal.
In fact, Ajmal was not even in India at that time, Tehseen is believed to have claimed. Delhi Police, sources said, has begun probing Tehseen’s claim and will go by evidence.’
It must be also noted that Qateel Siddiqui was first caught in fake currency case later he was held responsible for Jama Masjid shooting incident and ultimately he was murdered in Pune’s Yerwada jail in a very suspicious condition the day he was to be taken by Mumbai police.
the sole and legitimate demand of every justice loving Indian citizen, specially the Muslims, should be to book and punish the guilty police officials.It is this high handedness of some of the “saffronite ” police officers which make the mockery of the investigation agencies in the eyes of the world and they are the persons who are down grading the MORALES of the INDIAN POLICE.THEY SHOULD BE PUNISHED FOR their ANTI-NATIONAL ACTIVITIES .
