By Special Correspondent New Delhi: The Campaign Against State Repression (CASR), a new platform launched by more than three dozen organizations to resist ‘repression’ of the  present regime, on Wednesday condemned the arrest of    student activist Umar Khalid by the Delhi Police in the name of investigating the North East Delhi pogrom.
