Srinagar : Insha Mushtaq, a girl blinded by pellets in the Kashmir Valley in 2016, on Tuesday passed her Class 10 examination -- and was immediately lauded by former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and separatist leader Mirwaiz Umer Farooq.
