LAKHIMPUR KHERI:  The Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing the October 2021 Lakhimpur Kheri violence case, on Monday filed a nearly 5,000-page charge sheet. The police named Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni’s son Ashish Mishra as the prime accused in the case, according to the reports. In the charge sheet, the police said they had found during investigations that Ashish Mishra was present at the spot when the violence occurred, sources said.
