Said that in the assembly, representatives from Punjab, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Goa, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Bihar, West Bengal, Assam and Manipur participated.
