NCPCR sends notice to UNICEF, NCERT over Bihar madrassa curriculum

New Delhi : Apex child rights body NCPCR on Tuesday sent notices to the NCERT and UNICEF, asking them to explain how they were responsible for designing curriculums for madrassas in Bihar.
