By M M Special Correspondent New Delhi: All India Muslim Majli-e-Mushawarat, a joint platform of leading Muslim organistions Monday condemned the killing of innocent civilians in Pulwama district    in Kashmir and demanded resignation of Governor Sataya Pal Malik. It also urged the government to pay compensation at least Rs 15 lac to the victim's families.
