Syed Sadatullah Hussaini has been elected as the new Ameer (National President) by members of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind in New Delhi. At the Jamaat's headquarters on April 27, a total of 162 members of the Markazi Majlis-e Numanidgan (Council of Representatives) held a meeting, which included 36 women.
