ALIGARH December 29: Ms. Bushra Muzaffar, Senior Research Fellow, and Ms. Urooj Fatima, Research Scholar have been conferred upon the Best Paper Award for their research paper, titled “What impact do training practices have on employees’ Commitment and turnover intention: A study of Indian IT professionals’’.
The award has been given to them at the 3rd International Conference on “Skill Development and Technological Innovations for Economic Growth (ICST-2015)” held at Institute of Management Studies, Ghaziabad.
The international conference (ICST-2015) aimed at providing a global forum to present and discuss research on Skill Development and Technological Innovations among academicians and practitioners.

Congratulations to both of them. But I don’t see the need to use the word “female” in the Heading. If someone felt that it is absolutely required to refer to their gender, I think the pictures, and their names are more than enough.
