Toronto, Canada (IINA) – A video documenting Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s visit to a mosque in Canada has recently emerged, showing him joining Muslim worshipers for evening prayers during Ramadan in 2013, nearly two years before he was elected, Al Arabiya reported citing CIJNews.
Trudeau was leader of the Liberal Party when he visited the Jamea Masjid in Surrey, British Columbia, in West Canada.
In the video, he is seen wearing traditional Islamic clothing as he delivers a speech that he begins with the Muslim greeting “peace be upon you.”
In his speech, he thanked worshipers for granting him the honor of praying with them, adding that the values of the holy month of Ramadan were also Canadian values.
In November last year, the month after his election victory, Trudeau assured Muslim Canadians that the authorities “will work hard to find those responsible” for setting fire to the Masjid al-Salaam mosque in Ontario following the terrorist attacks in Paris.
Considering that Ramadan is also the month of the highest number of bombings and killings I am left to wonder how it is somehow a Canadian value. Does Justin fast through Ramadan? Is he aware of the health issues associated with that festival month or the unrestrained gorging that goes on in the evenings afterwards? Apparently he isn’t aware how Muslims in Islamic lands are beating non-Muslims for not observing their Ramadan fast to the point of death. No Justin. Sorry, but Islamic values are not the same as Canadian values.

Sorry to rock you boat Emily – the fasting is prescribed in many faiths, such as, Judaism, Christianity and Hinduism. Don’t tell us you know health issues better than the hundreds thousands physicians who fast according to their faiths?
As far as Justin Trudeau is concerned, as a Canadian myself, you don’t have to get paranoid. He is a product of Jewish culture. His father not only dated Hollywood Jewish Singer/actress Barbara Streisand, also appointed country’s first Jewish cabinet minister.
Justin Trudeau has only one Muslim deputy minister from Afghan community while appointing four Sikh ministers and one Jewish minister. He is a staunch supporter on the Zionist entity, but criticized for being associated with some Muslim politicians.
