Riyadh : Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on Saturday announced another cabinet reshuffle, giving Prince Badr Bin Abdullah Al Saud the portfolio of the newly-established Ministry of Culture after extracting it from the Ministry of Information and Culture.
