PATNA : Bihar Education Minister Chandrashekhar Yadav on Thursday refused to withdraw his controversial statement on Ramcharitmanas. “There are five to six ‘Chand’ of Ramcharitmanas’s Sundar Kand and Uttar Kand which are objectionable and I have objection to it.
