Tripoli : Libya's Higher Commission of Elections has announced that more than two million voters have registered to cast ballots in the 2018 presidential and parliamentary elections. Following the 2011 uprising that toppled former leader Muammar Gaddafi, Libya has been struggling for a democratic transition amid a tumultuous security situation and political division.
