KABUL : The leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Moulvi Hibatullah Akhundzada held a gathering with the provincial governors in Kandahar, stressing the need for preserving the Islamic values, Islamic Emirate spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid said in a statement.
