Renowned Bollywood producer Nazim Hasan Rizvi has passed away in a private hospital in Mumbai on Tuesday.

‘My father was admitted to the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital (KDAH) in Andheri for asthma. On Monday late at night, while receiving treatment, he passed away’  Azim Rizvi his son told Muslim Mirror.

He will be laid to rest in his ancestral graveyard in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, added Azim

The works of Nazim Hassan Rizvi include “Majboor Ladki” (1991), “Apaatkal” (1993), “Angarvaadi” (1998), “Undertrial” (2007), “CC,CC” (2001), “Hello, Hum Lallan Bol Rahe Hain” (2010), launching his son Azim in “Qasam Se, Qasam Se”, (2011), and “Laden Aala Re Aala” (2017).

Rizvi is well-known for the musical hit “Chori Chori, Chupke Chupke,” in which the top acting trio of the day, Salman Khan, Rani Mukherjee, and Preity Zinta, first discussed surrogate motherhood on film.The film was a super hit.
