Hindutva organizations conducted the Shree Akhand Vedant Sant Sammelan in Madhya Pradesh’s Indore in a bid to curb the rising cases of ‘Love Jihad’. The event witnessed schoolgirls taking a pledge not to marry outside their religion, with a viral video capturing the moment.
The girls, echoing a woman’s words, vowed not to allow anyone to change their beliefs and culture. They pledged to defend their religion with determination, emphasizing their commitment to resist any attempts at conversion.
Hindutva outfits are actively organizing camps where young girls, especially students, are receiving self-defence training. These organizations, including Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Durga Vahini, assert that school and college-going girls are susceptible to ‘love traps’ leading to religious conversions.
