Meghalaya : USTM encourages thirteen UGC/ NET qualifiers in a noble way

9th Mile, Ri Bhoi (Meghalaya): Setting a new example to encourage UGC/NET aspirants , the Meghalaya based awarding university , USTM  (University of Science and Technology Meghalaya) introduced a noble way of moral boosting  and refunded  the entire course fees to those students who  cracked University Grants Commission’s National Eligibility Test (NET), and has set an exemplary encouragement and motivation for students by keeping its  promise.

At an elaborate felicitation ceremony held in the University campus on Saturday, all the thirteen students who have successfully cleared in the recently declared results of UGC NET exams have been honored by Mahbubul Hoque, Chancellor of the University.

As a token of appreciation, the successful students were felicitated with a gamocha, a bouquet, a memento as well as all the fees they paid to the University. The felicitated students include: Dikki M Marak (Commerce), Imsenperong (Sociology), Watilemla Longkumer (Sociology), Janu Komut (Library and Information Science), Angsong Kro (Social Work), Monalisha Rabha (Social Work), Ratan Choudhury (Botany), Bendanjungla (Social Work), Dzuzuhenu Kulnu (Geography), Mimasha Vergira R Marak (Political Science), Dakachwapaya Madar (Environmental  Science) Bhopen Madar (Social Work) and L. Zhimoni (Department of Rural Development).
