‘RSS aims to make India a Hindu Rashtra by 2025’: say BJP members in Delhi

During a “panchayat” meeting held in Northeast Delhi’s Karawal Nagar, members of the United Hindu Front made a demand for the establishment of a “Hindu Rashtra” and for action to be taken against individuals involved in “love jihad.

Jai Bhagwan Goyal, who is a member of the BJP and also serves as the United Hindu Front international working president, declared to the attendees that their objective is to convert Northeast Delhi into the first district of a Hindu nation or “Hindu Rashtra.”

He said, “Our aim is to make Northeast Delhi the first ever Hindu Rashtra district.”

Goyal stated that the goal of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is to make India a Hindu Rashtra before the organization’s centenary celebration in 2025.

Jai Bhagwan Goyal also urged the residents of Karawal Nagar to avoid selling their houses and conducting business with members of the Muslim community.

The meeting was attended by several notable figures, including former Union Minister Dr. Satyanarayan Jatiya and BJP member Ram Avtar Gupta. Towards the of the event, the panelists distributed Shivastras, and attendees took an oath, after which they were given a “Jai Hindu Rashtra” badge to wear on their chest.

Deputy Commissioner of Police (Northeast) Joy Tirkey stated that the organizers of the event have been booked for failing to obtain permission to hold the gathering. “A case has been registered under IPC section 188 against the organizers,” Tirkey said. “They did not take permission from us for the event.”

When questioned about the alleged hate speech made during the event, DCP Tirkey responded that it is currently being investigated. However, he clarified that the organizers have already been charged for violating regulations. He said, “The alleged hate speech is part of the investigation. As of now, we have registered a case against the organizers for flouting the rules.”
