By Gowtham K Despite a plethora of laws, it is a known fact that Dalits have been at the receiving end since centuries at the hands of caste Hindus. The latest report  revealed that  around 80 per cent of the sexual violence cases against Dalit women and girls were committed by men from dominant castes in Haryana.  The report also revealed that  only 10 percent of cases ended with the successful conviction.
