All types of commitments maid by politicians never fulfilled. Depending upon the occasion politician give statement that is what H.M is doing. when ever riot happened under any state government, the first job is to put a commission and dissolve the truth and supporting facts that can held the government responsible for riot, in such process all the criminal involved get escape. Congress & BJP are two face of a single coin.
I.B will have the information were next riot will take place. so, government either allow the riot to take place or stop it.
