Life terms to 10 for lynching in Jharkhand

Ranchi : A court on Tuesday awarded life imprisonment to 10 persons convicted of lynching a person in Bokaro district of Jharkhand in 2017 after suspecting him of kidnapping children.

Tenughat court Judge Gulam Haider handed out the jail terms to the convicts.

On April 4, 2017 a mob caught hold of victim Shamsuddin Ansari at Narra village in Chandrapura police station area of the district when he had gone to his in-laws’ house. He was thrashed brutally, following which he died.

Around a dozen fatalities in similar cases were reported from four districts of the state last year.

  1. The people who didn’t like the prompt judge of the well-meaning, law abiding judiciary, aka, Tenughat court Judge Gulam Haider, from the minority community, handed out the jail terms to the convicts, I have good news for you. Read the last sentence of the post. If the BJP led government lasts when the appeal court hears and delivers its judgment, it will be reversed, as in many other cases, because the present administration does not consider us, the minions, to understand their anti-Muslim agenda. Look @ what was done to the doctor in the oxygen charade in the neighboring UP under Yogi. If yogis can influence the judiciary to pamper their doers in the field, said differently, on the ground, I can bet my last $$ all these crooks would finally be free. That is where India has stooped to during the past four years of Modi.

  2. Atleast commendable that Jharkhand is still backing truth and justice.
    Satyameva jayate…
These barbaric bhakts must also be given 100 lashes in public for the inhuman torture they subjected to the victim in his really painful death due to manslaughter on false pretexts.

  3. India me akela hi case he jisme itni jaldi doshiyon ko saza mili kyunke PFI ki team ne bina dare wahan Zabardast kaam karke in doshiyo ko saza dilwayi. Warna or jagah ki tarah fir bhi na hoti, adhe logon ke naam fir se hata dye jate, ya 10 saal baad faisla aata WO bhi kesa aata sabko Pata he
