New Delhi : Popular Front of India general secretary M Mohammed Ali Jinnah strongly deplored the news published and telecast in few media that, ‘Pakistan zindabad’ slogans were raised in a protest rally conducted by the organization in Patna, Bihar.
This rally was one of the protest programs held by the organization in different parts of country against targeting Dr. Zakir Naik and Mr.Asaduddin Owaisi which were part of communal fascist agenda to silence them. We presume that some vicious elements have fabricated the original video of the event and misused a section of the media to tarnish the image of the Muslim community and Popular Front of India.
We hereby assert that, the alleged anti-national slogans were not raised in our Patna rally. No such allegation has been raised against us in any of the similar rallies held across the country on the same issue. We will resort to legal actions against those media which have circulated the above news. We appeal to the state administration and police not to succumb to pressures from anti-minority forces.
M Mohammed Ali Jinnah has further stated that the communal elements that are haunting Dr. Naik and Mr. Owaisi are now directing the same dirty guns against Popular Front in an attempt to further silence Muslim voices for justice and peace. He made it clear that Popular Front which is a mass movement can’t be intimidated by any such pressures or persecutions.
In this video the the protesters are clearly shouting ‘Popular Front Zindabad’ not ‘Pakistan Zindabad’ as being shown on some TV channels.
